From there, coaching options can be discussed thoughtfully, without obligation.

A focused conversation to clarify what feels important right now and identify a considered next step.

Short-term Coaching

Three sessions offering space to clarify priorities, explore options, and work toward a clear direction over a short period of time.

Sessions to be completed within four weeks of the first appointment.

Ongoing Coaching

Six sessions providing continuity and structure to work with patterns, decisions, and ongoing reflection, allowing for adjustment over time.

Sessions to be completed within two months of the first appointment.

Extended Coaching

Twelve sessions offering a longer-term coaching partnership to support sustained reflection, decision-making, and alignment across different areas of life and work.
